I have an event tomorrow, and the reminders have not gone out. There have been sign ups today (the day before), so I’m not sure when they are supposed to go out. Is there a way I can force them (I’m not familiar with cron scheduling, but can have a go if I can get some guidance).

Also, in settings, even though I have enabled them, it says they’re not scheduled??

I figured this out… I disabled the reminder, then enabled it again, and the refresh kickstarted it. All reminders sent! Thank you

Hi Melanie. So glad to hear you figured it out quickly. You were absolutely correct, if for whatever reason the WordPress cron fails to schedule future jobs, disabling and re-enabling should solve it. 👍
