I may have overlooked a setting, but we have the Status emails set to go to the sheet specific BCC email. However they will also receive the confirmation email for each sign-up. Is there a way to have the sheet specific BCC only receive the “Status Email” rather than receiving both for each sign-up as they are somewhat redundant?
The status email is valuable because it shows how all tasks are doing on sign-ups where they don’t always need to know “who” is signing up via the confirmation message.
Currently the Sheet Specific BCC email will always be copied on sign-ups/removals for that sheet and you can optionally include them on Status emails as well by using the Send to “Sheet BCC” Recipients you mentioned that you were using. However, there isn’t setting to only send sheet specific status emails to recipients.
