I’d like to be able to see who is signed up for what slot without needing to export that information from the back of the website.

I’m installing this for a soup kitchen that has volunteers sign up for food donation slots. I have access to the website’s back end, but other staff do not, and they need to be able to see a list of who is signed up for what, ideally in a calendar view rather than a list if possible. Is this something we could make happen? I’m really excited about this system, but I can’t have our inventory coordinator or operations director going into WordPress to get the info they need. Could there be a separate page that populates or something?

    Thanks for your help.

There are a couple ways to go about this…

    1. You can create a WordPress user with a role of “Sign-up Manager” who will only have access to the Sign-up Sheets area of your admin to limit their access.
    2. You can setup a Status E-mail under Sign-up Sheets > Settings > Status E-mail which will send out a list of all current sign-ups anytime someone signs up so the recipients will have an active list of the sign-ups when a change is made.

It’s directing my “Sign Up Manager” to our WooCommerce Shop. How should I fix this?

Hi Andrea, I have a few questions to help debug further…

    1. Are they being redirected to the homepage of your site or a specific other front-end page or is it taking them to a WooCommerce page in your admin?
    2. When are they being redirected? Right after logging in or at a different time?

Could you also provide me with your “System Information” which you can find in your admin under Sign-up Sheets > Help, then just copy and paste the System Information found in the black box on that page. You can send it by including it in a reply to this thread and just check the “set as private reply” box to make sure its only visible Fetch Designs support.
