Is there a way to share a link to all sign-up sheets to give sign-up sheet managers the ability to manage their sign-up sheets without giving them access to wp-admin panel? Essentially, I’d like to post a link that only their role has access to in WordPress and from there they can manage their sign-ups for their sheets directly.

The closest functionality would be to use the “Sign-up Sheet Manager” role. You can create WordPress users with a role of “Sign-up Sheet Manager” which will give them very limited access to just Sign-up Sheet functionality. This leverages the native WordPress user functionality and while they will have some admin access it will restrict what they can do to prevent them from accessing other areas that aren’t relevant to them.
