Hello! I sent a message about this Sunday evening and not have heard back. I need a form to be available for tomorrow, Wednesday.
When I created my most recent form, I am not able to view it – it goes right to a 404 “Not Found” page. This was happening with my existing forms as well.
What can I do to correct this?
My first thought is it sounds like it could be a rewrite issue where the sheet is created, but WordPress can’t figure out how to match the URL for the sheet to the actual sheet. One thing you can try is to go into your admin to Settings > Permalinks and then click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom (without making any changes). Saving this page forces the rewrites to refresh. Let me know if you still have issues after trying that, though.
